Zandvoort aan Zee is one of the 3 best kitesurfing spots in Holland. The Spot is well-known hangout for kite surfers. It offers long sandy beach with small and medium wave. There are no hazards such as (hidden) rocks or other obstacles but do pay attention to the rip currents which can easily be identified by the waves / chop.
There are a number of sandbanks here for the coast creating shallows and pieces of flat water between the waves. This spot is great for Freeride and Wave. Spot is available for wind from SW to NNE and the best winds are in September and October.
