If you see her on the ocean you will hear her cheering you on and spreading the kitesurfing joy. On land you will find her bringing enthusiasm and energy to all our students and to the community around them.

Sylwia proves every day that kitesurfing is for everyone, whatever your gender and whatever your body can do. She is the founder of Girls Kite Together, a female community that unites women from all over the UK and beyond, and she is president of the Greatstone Kite & Foil Club.

All of that community work feeds back into a bespoke teaching style that gives her students the full experience — theory, practice and a bit of belonging.

Eat, sleep, kite, repeat — that is Pawel’s rhythm, and the rhythm of a genuine passion for everything to do with kitesurfing. New trick? No problem. Pawel has the patience and the drive to nail it, and then to teach it.

He brings that same patience to every lesson. With his smile and his vast knowledge of the sport, it is no wonder his students end up matching that smile with one of their own, whatever their age or ability.
