Returns
Faulty goods can be return at any time under the manufacturers guarantee. Uniq Surface LTD will carefully check the goods and arrange replacing, or pay the refund. Unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods can be return within 30 days from receipt for full price items, and 15 days for items bought during Sale. You should use our Return Merchandise Authorization form, fill it up over here – RMA form. Please keep hold of your proof of postage! Please note that returns of unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods, are not free. The goods should not be used or damaged. We are also unable to offer free returns to overseas customers. We advise you to use a Recorded Delivery Service in case of returning any goods to us. If you have any questions about returning goods to us then please contact us.
Refunds
If you’ve returned your whole order within 30 days of receipt we will refund the full amount. Orders paid for using PayPal will receive a full refund back to the account used.
Delivery And Returns Legal Statement
Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order. To do so you must inform us in writing within 14 days from the day after receipt of your order by using Contact Us page. Returning any item within 30 days will also be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order). Please quote your order number on all correspondence. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14 days post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the goods, Uniq Surface will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange/credit as required.
