Beginner Bodyboarding & Surf Lesson

- Duration: 2 hours (1-hour land-based technical tuition + 1-hour water-based activity).
- Goal: Build confidence with equipment, ocean awareness, and basic wave-riding mechanics.

- Safety & Ocean Awareness: Identifying rip currents, learning to fall safely, and mastering leash usage.
- Equipment Basics: Handling high-volume boards (7ft–9ft foamies) and applying wax for grip.

- The Pop-Up (Land & Water): Transitioning from lying to standing on the beach before testing it in the white water.
