Our Coastal Network
Our strategically positioned network of locations across the coastline ensures we can provide safe, high-quality coaching regardless of the daily wind or tide states. This variety allows us to offer expert instruction in multiple disciplines, including kitesurfing, wing foiling, kite foiling, surfing, and SUP, as well as land-based kite buggying.

Greatstone HQ
Greatstone HQ serves as our primary flagship hub and the heart of our community. The facility features a welcoming member lounge for post-session debriefs, heated changing facilities, and a fully stocked beachfront shop for all your gear needs. Hot showers are available year-round to keep you comfortable through every season.

Tide & Wing/Foil Guide
Kitesurfing is restricted for inexperienced riders within 2 hours of high tide, though sessions are often possible all day during neap tides. Wing and Hydrofoil access is best within 2.5 hours of the tide (reduced to 2 hours on neaps).
- Please be mindful of the “cabbages” on the shingle; these are protected plants within the natural reserve, so ensure you rig up with care.
- Strictly no anchored self-launching is permitted using the wrecked boats on the beach.

St Mary’s Bay
St Mary’s Bay is our specialised mobile training ground, perfectly suited for mid-tide coaching. We operate our custom trailer unit directly from the beach, providing a convenient base for equipment setups and tactical briefings. This location is particularly excellent for hydrofoil progression due to the deeper water access.

Kiting is a “No Go” 3 hours either side of high tide. Wing and Hydrofoil sessions are best conducted within 2 hours after high tide.
- Public beach users always have priority; please do not kite past the coffee van area.
- Be aware of submerged groynes at high tide; always use the designated car park for safe beach access.

Winchelsea Beach
Winchelsea Beach is our strategic choice for South West winds, featuring unique tidal lagoons that create protected, shallow flat-water environments ideal for beginner board starts. It offers a quieter riding experience away from the main crowds during peak summer months.

Kiting is restricted 3 hours either side of high tide (3.5 hours on springs). For this location, Hydrofoiling is strictly limited to the same low tide window as kiting.
- Watch for hidden groynes submerged at mid-tide and be aware of deep sand bar channels with strong currents.
- Do not attempt to kite at high tide unless you are an experienced rider with strong local knowledge of the area.

Jury’s Gap
Jury’s Gap is a challenging spot favoured for big air kiting, featuring large kickers for high-performance riding. While we do not hold formal lessons here, our community members regularly organise meetups via our WhatsApp group to tackle the demanding conditions together.

Avoid kiting for 3.5 hours either side of high tide (longer during spring cycles). Hydrofoiling access is restricted to the same low tide window as kiting.
- Always check the army shooting range flags; a red flag means kiting past that point is strictly prohibited.
- Exercise extreme caution near the shipwreck hidden in line with the MOD tower, particularly during neap or low tides.
