One of the most significant improvements is the overhaul of the wheels. The MBS T1 tires are now faster than ever, thanks to a specially formulated high-rebound rubber material. The high-grade butyl rubber tubes also reduce the likelihood of flats and air loss, providing a smoother ride. Additionally, the Colt 90 has genuine MBS rubber-shielded 12x28mm bearings and brand new Rockstar II hubs.

To make the Colt 90 more capable of reaching greater heights, the ATS axles have been upgraded to 12mm to match the diameter of the Matrix. This also makes the board more compatible with the rest of the MBS line, allowing for easy upgrades down the road. The compatibility charts have been replaced with genuine compatibility, making the process even simpler.
