Lesson Terms and Conditions

A Major factor in all kitesurfing lessons is the wind! If the conditions are unsuitable then your lesson will be re-booked on the next available and suitable date. We are unable to offer any refunds under any circumstances. We do our best to come to an agreement for the best date and time for a customer to re-arrange their lesson due to unsuitable/unsafe conditions. If you need to re-arrange your course we ask for clear 7 days notice, we have limited spaces on each course so we need to make sure they are full. If you cancel your lesson and request different course days within 2 days, you will forfeit your course unless we are able to refill the space. When making a payment for your lesson, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
