About Me

Infinity Sport was founded in 2017 by Sylwia, who is an experienced and highly qualified Fitness Coach and Kitesurfing Instructor. She has completed both Personal and Functional Training Diplomas, is a British Kitesurf  Instructor and is currently working towards her diploma in Physiotherapy, Sports Massage & Reflexology. Sylwia brings a wealth of experience and knowledge that has guided the development and progression of Infinity Sport.

Infinity Sport is run with passion to sport and for the last three years Sylwia has focused on working closely with individuals and helping them reach their personal fitness goals. She runs fitness classes, provides personalised and  specific dry – training for kitesurfers and young swimmers, coaches kitesurfing, and has enjoyed continuing her studies in Injury Prevention.

Sylwia is more than just a personal trainer, she is a true believer in the development and future of individuals to better their sporting and fitness journey. Her aim is not only to achieve significant change in an individuals current fitness, but also  to truly educate them for their future development and injury free progression.

Personal Training

Each plan is tailored to your health, ability, actual equipment capacity and your schedule. Regular assessments will keep track of your progress to maximise results and keep motivation at the highest level. 

How is the plan made?

Once you have signed up to the plan, you will receive our Infinity Sport questionnaire to identify your specific details and needs. This is closely followed by an assessment to understand your personal body abilities. A simple food diary will be shared to track nutrition and seek possible improvements.

Once all the details are established, a six week plan is made and delivered within an easy to use mobile app. The mobile app includes a training plan specified in days, repetitions, pace and more. Each exercise is easy to download with a short video or picture for clarity and understanding. You can track your full progress including weight, measurements and pictures for comparison. You will also find nutrition tips and how to form and keep good habits.

Injury Prevention is a natural development for Sylwia from being a fintess coach, kitesurfing instructor, mother to a young kitesurfer and partner to a fearless kiter. Many years of observations, studies and  research led me to define my mission statement as “training the best to be better” through education and specialised performance training. This is to achieve a complete athlete through progressive training program.

Sylwia`s approach to coaching is real,she knows that to achieve any significant changes, a personalised training program must be at least six weeks long. More to that kitesurfer dry training must be focused on functional path and combined with technical strength routines.

Kitesurfing is Sylwia’s passion. Sylwia has a wealth of experience from kitesurf instructing to injury prevention. Throughout her many years in the sport, she has gained priceless knowledge of the body movements in kitesurfing and muscle groups that drive those movements. She understands how to build the necessary strength and flexibility to prevent injuries on the water.

Sylwia’s approach to kitesurf injury prevention is to educate and help create the habit of performing adequate warm ups accompanied by a regular, dry training schedule. This is crucial for minimising the likelihood of ‘kitesurfer’s elbow’, knee or ankle injuries as well as shoulder or hip restrictions.

Injury Prevention is the key aspect in any fitness activity whether you are a kitesurfer, swimmer, weightlifter or any other athlete.

The only way to boost performance and prevent injuries is to build specific fitness program and focus on athlete`s very best ability.

Sylwia is hugely knowledgable and passionate in her field of fitness and injury prevention. I am a kite surfer with a few issues with my knees and travel a lot with work and have no access to gyms etc while I am away for months at a time. Sylwia showed me some fantastic exercises focusing on some of my weaker muscle groups to help strengthen and protect my knees and build strength for kiting. Focusing on exercises with little / no equipment, which was perfect for while I am away. One week in I am already feeling stronger. Thank you Sylwia your energy and supportive nature is inspiring xx
