This achievement marks another step in a lifelong journey of dedication, passion, and excellence across over 20 years in watersports.
A Lifetime on the Water
Pawel’s story is one of tireless pursuit of mastery. With a background spanning competitive canoe racing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing, he has lived and breathed the water since his earliest sporting days. His career began in Poland, where he claimed multiple national medals, including two Golds in the C4 1000m Canoe Racing Championships (1998 and 2000), before expanding his horizons across continents and disciplines.
From the early 2000s, Pawel transitioned his competitive drive into coaching, guiding others to achieve their best on the water. His expertise and patience have since become hallmarks of his teaching style, defined by precision, safety, and an unwavering commitment to helping riders progress — no matter their level.
Building Infinity Sport Kitesurfing
In 2021, Pawel founded Infinity Sport Kitesurfing, a school and equipment centre that reflects his philosophy: professional training built on quality, trust, and personal progression. What began as a dream has grown into one of the UK’s most respected kitesurfing schools, known for its world-class coaching, bespoke training programmes, and uncompromising safety standards.
Infinity Sport Kitesurfing offers everything from beginner lessons to advanced Big Air, foil, and wing foiling clinics — each designed to unlock potential and inspire confidence. Through his international coaching experience across Egypt, Turkey, Greece, Spain, Italy, and Brazil, Pawel has refined an adaptable approach that meets the needs of every rider and condition.
Coaching Champions and Inspiring Futures
Pawel’s influence goes far beyond teaching technique. His work in athlete development has already produced remarkable results. He is the proud mentor and coach of his son Jeremiasz Kuczma, the British Youth Big Air Champion (2023), who has achieved multiple international podiums, including 5th at the GKA Youth World Championships 2023 and 2nd at the GR8 STONE Pro Men events in 2024 & 2025.
Pawel’s commitment to holistic coaching — blending technical skill and mental preparation — continues to help riders reach new heights, both in competition and in personal achievement.
